Who Can Hear the Alarm? examines how warning became the dominant register of environmental conversation. The film looks at the growth and understanding of science, the industries that grew alongside it, the pandemic that rewired public trust in institutions and the generation that is now growing up with dread as a baseline condition.

The film follows people on several sides of that argument: researchers who believe the alarm has not been loud enough, and others who worry about what sustained fear does to the ability to act well. Who Can Hear the Alarm? asks what a warning is for, who is served by its volume, and whether a population can truly be frightened into a future it wants to live in.

Evidence has a journey. It rarely survives it intact.

Chain of Custody traces the movement of information through the life sciences at the moment climate pressure is reshaping every part of them. This series looks at field data and laboratory results through publication, funding decisions, regulatory responses and the version of the story that finally reaches public consciousness.

Each episode takes a single thread and follows it across borders. A pharmaceutical finding in one hemisphere becoming policy in another. A space dataset that changed how a crop is grown on Earth. A fundamental question about human lifecycles that took eleven years to be asked out loud.

The series is about how the world comes to know what it knows, and what falls out of the chain along the way.
